Before diving into the world of cakes, Victoria and Steven ran a successful fish merchant business for eight years, always putting exceptional customer service first. In Christmas 2022, Steven decided it was time for a change—trading fish for cakes; you could say we went from hake to cake!

We do the delivering, but Nevis bakes.
Lemon, cherry, and chocolate too,
Try them all; there’s shortbread, quite a few.
Demerara, sea salt, and millionaire,
So many sweet treats you can share.
Three packs and singles to try, if you like,
Empire, mint slice, and stackers—what a delight.
Fruit, ginger, strawberry, madeira, and toffee,
The perfect match to go with your coffee.
Lemon, iced ginger, and chocolate fudge,
Order them all; we won’t hold a grudge.
